By purchasing any course or coaching, SP Freedom OG (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”) are entering the following Terms and Conditions.

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Refund Policy:

In order to qualify for a refund application, you must:

If you opted for a payment plan and you do not qualify for a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the company's sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use.

You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

- Submit proof that you did the work by uploading your completed Blueprints.

- Prove that you've applied the strategies by providing links to the work you did.

10. Write Build Scale Membership Cancellation Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your participation in the Membership for as long as it is useful to you. Therefore, you are able to cancel your subscription to the Membership following these instructions:

- To cancel your subscription to the Membership, log in to your member area. Click the user icon located in the top-right corner of any page. Click "Manage Subscriptions" from the dropdown menu to find the details of your subscription and payments, and cancel your subscription.

- If you have questions or need any support to cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected] at the latest 48 hours before your next billing cycle starts. Make sure you are aware of your billing cycle by checking the details on your purchase confirmation email and in your member account.

- If the next billing cycle has started and your next payment has been made, you can not cancel your subscription before the end of that renewed cycle.

- We do not offer any refunds or delayed cancellations. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to cancel the subscription via email on time (48 hours before the start of your next billing cycle).

- If you cancel your subscription, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use.
